If there is an issue with your meal prep delivery or pickup order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll work with you to resolve the concern through a credit or replacement. Refund requests are honored on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for Credits, Replacements, or Refunds:
