Let me give you an update. I had such a bad experience with them delivering my meals. I received a notice by text that my delivery failed unable to reach me. Mind you I've been ordering from them for 2 months and they usually just leave my meals on the front porch and either me or a family member gets it for me and we put it on the fridge right away. Well for some reason they couldn't reach me and I didn't get my meals. I called customer service no answer left a voice mail message. No call back I send a text and the representative text me back saying that the drivers couldn't find my meals. After an hour or so I text them back and get an automated response that they are closed now. I over them a nasty message asking for a call back today with my refund or my meals. I get a call back and the guy said oh they can't find the my meals so I told him give me a refund he said it will take 2-3 business days to received so I asked for a gift card and they did send it to me. My thing is that they guy didn't sound concerned didn't apologize. This is such horrible service. I am not a happy customer. They don't sound caring at all. I'm scared to place an order with them again I'm afraid they're going to loose my meals and give me the run around. This is so unprofessional. Food is good but their customer service is horrible lack of communication.

I have ordered meals by Mel for lots of times. They are yummy and healthy. Saved me so much time to preparing healthy meals with protein. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I've always struggled to stay consistent with eating good & meeting my daily macros, especially since I started working a 12-16 hour job. It's so easy to stop by a drive thru on my way home for some fast food, but now I have no excuse. I've ordered from Meals by Mel twice now & every single meal I've tried so far has tasted SO GOOD! Definitely recommend!

Starting ordering from Meals by Mel recently and have been impressed so far with the quality and price of the meals. Usually people associate meal prep with rice, chicken & broccoli but Meals by Mel has a huge variety of options to choose from (my favorite is the white wine lemon chicken!). I look forward to having her meals in the day and it's of course a plus I know I'm eating well. Delivery is convenient and a text with delivery info is sent the morning of, which makes planning easier to do for the day. Definitely recommend to order from Meals by Mel if you're in need of meal prep and in the LA/OC areas!

This was my first week trying meals by Mel. The meals were good. I really like the pollo bowl from all the slim pack I ordered. They were right on time with my delivery. I found these meals through instragram. I definitely do look forward to purchasing my future meals. & hopefully be able to stay on track with my weight loss journey.

Love this food service I honestly find it so convenient to order meal prep and the food is so delicious. I love that they offer food delivery that's just the cherry on top.

Great meals and makes meal prepping very easy. Would recommend to others. Also will delivery to your house which is a huge help.

Just recently started trying out their meal prep service and so far I'm liking it! The food has good flavor and there's a lot of variety to choose from. The time frame for delivery in the morning really helps me out too so I don't have to be waiting all day at home until delivery. With lunch, breakfast and snack options I don't see myself getting bored with this service soon and it's a real time saver as well.
