What Does Each Meal Prep Come With?

All of our meals are fresh, portion controlled and ready to eat!

4oz: 4oz Protein | 4oz of Carbs | 1/2 cup of Veggies

5oz: 5oz Protein | 5oz of Carbs | 1/2 cup of Veggies

6oz: 6oz Protein | 5oz of Carbs | 1/2 cup of Veggies

When Is The Last Day I Can Order?


Order cutoff each week is Friday at 10am for delivery/pick-up on Sunday. You can also place an order on Sunday before 11pm for delivery on Tuesday, or pick-up on Wednesday.

Is There a Minimum Order?


How Long Do My Meals Last?

Our meals will stay fresh and delicious for up to 6 days from receiving. All meals must be refrigerated upon delivery. We recommend freezing all meals not being consumed within the next 3 days for optimal freshness.

Allow frozen meals to thaw in refrigerator overnight for your next day lunch!

Are the Containers the Meals Come in Microwave Safe or Recyclable?

Yes and Yes! All containers provided are microwave safe, BPA Free and 100% recyclable. We recommend taking out the 2 oz containers the sauces/sides usually come in before microwaving.

How Do You Deliver?

You will receive a text the day of your delivery with your Estimated Time of Delivery. The morning of, you’ll receive a link where you’ll be able to track and view your delivery time in Real-Time.

Your driver will deliver your meals to your front door, ring your doorbell/knock and send you a photo of your meals confirming delivery. You are more than welcome to leave an insulated bag or ice chest for them to place in or purchase your very own Meals By Mel insulated bag! Also feel free to tip your driver!

Can I Pick Up My Meals?

Yes! We offer order pick-up from 7am-9am on Sundays, and 8am-3pm on Wednesdays.

When you arrive to pickup your order, text you name, make and color of your vehicle to (951) 403-6055 and someone will bring your meals out to you. If you need a later time, feel free to text us the day of so we can accommodate your pickup.


Orders MUST be picked up from the kitchen or selected gym location within 48hrs of scheduled pickup or they will be discarded and no credit or refund will be issued.

Do You Have Other Pick Up Locations?

Yes! Some of your Grab N’ Go locations are also pickup locations. Gym pickup is available Saturdays and Wednesdays 7am-9am. A list of gym pickup locations is available to view at checkout.

When Does Meals By Mel Deliver?

We deliver on Sunday mornings between 7am – 8pm in the Inland Empire, LA & OC County. We deliver on Tuesdays from 4pm-10pm to select zip codes.

You will receive a link to track your delivery in real time the morning of.

I’m Not Going to be Home During Delivery House

If you are not going to be at the delivery address during the time of your delivery, please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals so they stay fresh! You can even leave a note to leave at a neighbors house. Once your meals are delivered, your driver will send a text with a photo of your delivery and confirmation.

Do You Guys Re-Deliver?

While we will do our best to accommodate any re-deliveries, please understand that we cannot guarantee a re-delivery. If we are not able to deliver on our first attempt, we do have pickup available.

I Need To Change My Delivery Address!

If you need to update your delivery address on an order that has already been placed, please contact customer support ASAP to make the change at (949) 990-4583.

We can not accommodate address changes after 10pm Friday night. All routes are created after that time and it is not possible to change. You can login at anytime to update your customer information, but
keep in mind, it will not update any order that has already processed.

PLEASE review your confirmation email and verify your delivery address is correct.
