Order Deadline Information – Please Read Carefully!

The order cutoff each week is Friday at 10 AM for delivery or pick-up on Sunday. You can also
place an order by Sunday before 11 PM for delivery on Tuesday (with limited delivery zones) or
pick-up on Wednesday.

Is There a Minimum Order?

No, there is no minimum order for regular purchases. However, subscriptions require a
minimum subtotal of $100, and some promotions may also have order minimums.

Do you Deliver?

Yes! We offer delivery for a flat fee of $15. Our delivery schedule is as follows:
 Sundays: Deliveries to Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, and
San Diego County. Drivers begin their routes at 6am
 Tuesdays: Deliveries to Inland Empire and Orange County and select zip codes in LA
County. Drivers begin their routes at 3pm
You can easily add a tip for our delivery team during checkout when placing your order. We
appreciate your support and look forward to delivering your meals!

How Do You Deliver?

On the day of your delivery, you’ll receive a text with your Estimated Time of Delivery;
additionally, once delivery routes have started, we will send you a link that allows you to track
your delivery in real time, so you can see exactly when your meals are on their way.
Your meals are delivered in non-insulated bags, so if you’re unable to be home at the time of
delivery, we recommend leaving out coolers and ice packs to keep everything fresh, ensuring
the meals remain at their best quality until you can retrieve them. Furthermore, if you have any
special delivery instructions or specific preferences, you can easily add them to your customer
account online, allowing you to customize your delivery process to suit your needs. Once the
driver arrives, they will deliver your meals to your front door, ring the doorbell or knock, and
send a photo of your meals as confirmation of the delivery.

Not Home During Delivery?

If you won’t be home during delivery, please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs to keep
your meals fresh. You can also leave instructions for us to drop them off with a neighbor. After
delivery, your driver will send a text with a photo of your meals as confirmation.

Do You Offer Re-Delivery?

We strive to accommodate re-deliveries, but we cannot guarantee them. If a re-delivery isn’t
possible, we offer pickup as an alternative.

Can I Pick Up My Meals?

Yes! Pick-up is available on Sundays from 7 AM–9 AM and Wednesdays from 8 AM–3 PM at:
1434 Hamner Ave, Norco, CA 92860
When you arrive, text your name, vehicle make, and color to (951) 403-6055, and we’ll bring
your meals out. Need a later pick-up time? Just text us the day of and we’ll accommodate you.
Disclaimer: Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or they will be
discarded with no credit or refund.

Do You Have Other Pick-Up Locations?

Yes! Some Grab N’ Go locations also offer pick-up, available Saturdays and Wednesdays from
7 AM–9 AM. A list of gym pick-up locations is available at checkout.

I Need To Change My Delivery Address!

If you need to update your delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please
contact customer support as soon as possible at (949) 990-4583 or email after hours at
support@mealsby mel.co
Please note, we cannot accommodate address changes after 10 PM on Friday. All delivery
routes are finalized after that time, and changes are not possible. You can update your customer
information at any time by logging into your account, but keep in mind that updates will not
affect orders that have already been processed.
Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be made before the weekly order cutoff times.

My Order Is Incorrect!

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! We’re only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. Please
check your order for accuracy upon receiving it. If you believe there’s an issue, kindly notify us
within 24 hours by phone at (949) 990-4583 or by email. We’ll do our best to resolve the
problem as quickly as possible.

How Long Do My Meals Last?

Our meals stay fresh and delicious for up to 6 days from the time of delivery. Be sure to
refrigerate them right away. For optimal freshness, we recommend freezing meals that won’t be
consumed within 3 days.
To enjoy a frozen meal, simply thaw it in the refrigerator overnight for your next-day lunch!

Are the Containers the Meals Come in Microwave Safe or Recyclable?

Yes, and yes! All containers are microwave safe, BPA-free, and 100% recyclable. For best
results, we recommend removing the 2 oz containers used for sauces or sides before
microwaving.

Delivery or Pickup Order Policy

At Meals by Mel, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality meals. If you experience an
issue with your meal prep delivery or pickup order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving
it, and we’ll work with you to resolve the concern with a credit or replacement. Refund requests
are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Credits, Replacements, or Refunds:

Notification Period: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Eligibility: Credits or replacements are available for incomplete, incorrect, or
unsatisfactory orders in terms of quality or freshness.
Required Information: To help us address the problem quickly, please provide your
order number, a description of the issue, and a photograph (if applicable). Photos are
required when requesting a refund.
Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be granted on a case-by-
case basis.

How to Report an Issue:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email within 24 hours
to report any problems with your order.
 Verification: After we verify the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution,
including a credit, replacement, or refund when applicable.
