THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
The latest all orders are accepted for the upcoming Sunday delivery is by midnight on Wednesday. Any order that occurs after will apply to the following week’s delivery, not the current week delivery. If you have any concerns or questions or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
First of all, we’re sorry! We are human, and we admit we can make mistakes. We ask that if you feel you received an incorrect order, that you contact us immediately via phone at (949) 990-4583 or email us.
Yes! In order to have your order fulfilled, you must have a minimum of 5 items or 1 meal pack.
Our meals will stay fresh and delicious for up to 6 days from receiving. All meals must be refrigerated upon delivery. We recommend freezing all meals not being consumed within the next 3 days for optimal freshness.
Allow frozen meals to thaw in refrigerator overnight for your next day lunch!
Yes and Yes! All containers provided are microwave safe, BPA Free and 100% recyclable. We recommend taking out the 2 oz containers the sauces/sides usually come in before microwaving.
You will receive a text the day of your delivery with your Estimated Time of Delivery. The morning of, you’ll receive a link where you’ll be able to track and view your delivery time in Real-Time.
Your driver will deliver your meals to your front door, ring your doorbell/knock and send you a photo of your meals confirming delivery. You are more than welcome to leave an insulated bag or ice chest for them to place in or purchase your very own Meals By Mel insulated bag! Also feel free to tip your driver!
We do! We offer pickup from 7am-9am at our Norco commercial kitchen. We ask that you please text us at 949-990-4583 when you’re 10 mins away so we can pack your meals and have them ready for you when you arrive. If you need a later time, feel free to text us the day of so we can accommodate your pickup.
We deliver on Sunday mornings between 7am – 8pm in the Inland Empire, LA & OC County.
You will receive a link to track your delivery in real time the morning of.
If you are not going to be at the delivery address during the time of your delivery, please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals so they stay fresh! You can even leave a note to leave at a neighbors house. Once your meals are delivered, your driver will send a text with a photo of your delivery and confirmation.
While we will do our best to accommodate any re-deliveries, please understand that we cannot guarantee a re-delivery. If we are not able to deliver on our first attempt, we do have pickup available.
We can not accommodate address changes after 11:59pm on Saturday nights. All routes are created and sent and it is not possible to change.
