I’ve been buying meals by Mel for several months now and I love it! It’s significantly helped me with meeting my macro goals and being able to spend more time with my family instead of meal prepping. All their meals are good! And there are so many options to choose from. Personal favorites are: buttery steak frites, banana cream pancakes, chicken pharm, turkey spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, Cajun salmon linguine, and garlic shrimp. I personally do the 5 day meal prep. My only con is not being in the delivery area, but I don’t mind picking up my own meals!
