1. Subscription Discounts & Promotions

• Active Mel’s Membership subscribers receive 25% off all eligible subscription items.
• The SUB50 promo code provides an additional 33% off the subscription price and is valid on all subscription orders until discontinued.
• A $100 minimum order subtotal is required to apply the SUB50 promo.
• SUB50 provides a maximum discount of $100 per order.
• Certain items may be excluded from subscription discounts or promotions at Meals By Mel’s discretion.
• Free delivery applies to orders with a subtotal of $150 or more after discounts and before taxes.
• Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

2. Subscription Order Schedule

• Subscription orders are automatically generated based on the delivery or pickup date selected at checkout.
• Once an order has locked in for processing (based on its delivery or pickup window), changes or cancellations cannot be made.
• Customers can view or adjust upcoming order dates directly through their Meals By Mel account dashboard before the lock date.

3. Billing & Payment

• All subscription payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file at the time of each renewal.
• If a payment fails, Meals By Mel reserves the right to pause or cancel the subscription until payment is successfully completed.
• Prices, discounts, and eligible products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

4. Modifications & Termination

• Meals By Mel may modify or discontinue the subscription program, promotional offers, or individual product availability at any time.
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle through their account settings.
• Meals By Mel reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or adjust pricing for misuse of promotional codes or subscription benefits.
