I've been using Meals by Mel for a few months now and love it. Food is flavorful and the menu switches up every couple weeks. I've been buying meals by Mel for several months now and I love it! It's significantly helped me with meeting my macro goals and being able to spend more time with my family instead of meal prepping. All their meals are good! And there are so many options to choose from. Personal favorites are: buttery steak frites, banana cream pancakes, chicken pharm, turkey spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, Cajun salmon linguine, and garlic shrimp. I personally do the 5 day meal prep. Not only is the food deliciously prepared, but it comes with all the ingredients, protein, carbs, etc., listed on each meal. They keep things fresh with new meals every so often. You'll find something you love with meals by mel. Breakfast, Dinners/Lunch, and snacks too. Their protein donuts are amazing. Reasonably priced for all you're getting.
