Terms and Conditions for Weekly Meal Order Subscription
Thank you for choosing Meals by Mel’s weekly meal order subscription service. Please read the
following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your subscription, payments, and
cancellations. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Service
a. Weekly Meal Delivery or Pickup: Meals by Mel offers 20% off weekly orders
with a recurring subscription. The minimum order requirement for subscriptions is
a subtotal of $100. The subscription is for weekly meal deliveries or pickups.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed each week based on the selected meal
plan and preferences.
b. Meal Selection: Your selected meals will remain the same each week unless you
log in and edit your selections prior to the weekly renewal. If no changes are
made before the cutoff time, the same meals will be prepared each week
based on your last saved preferences.

Payment and Billing
a. Subscription Fee: The weekly subscription fee is based on the chosen meal
plan and quantity. The 20% off discount will automatically apply each week.
b. Billing Cycle: You will be billed each week on the same day and time based on
your subscription start date.
c. Payment Method: A valid payment method must be provided at the time of
subscription. Meals by Mel accepts credit/debit cards and may offer other
payment options based on your location.
d. Failed Payment: If a payment fails, you will be notified, and we may attempt to
process the payment again. If payment is not received after repeated attempts,
your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is resolved.

Modifications and Cancellations
a. Meal Changes: You can modify your meal selection by logging into your account
before your weekly renewal day and time to edit your selections. If the order
processes before you can make desired changes, please contact customer
support to update your selections.
b. Subscription Pauses: Subscribers may pause their weekly subscription for up
to [specified duration, e.g., four weeks] in a calendar year. Notification of a pause
must be submitted at least [cutoff time, e.g., 48 hours] before the next billing
cycle.
c. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made [cutoff time, e.g., 48 hours before
the next billing cycle] to avoid being charged for the upcoming week.
Cancellations after this time may result in a charge for that week’s meals, as
preparation may already be underway.

Refunds and Credits
a. Refund Policy: Meals by Mel does not provide refunds for unused portions of a
subscription week. Credits or replacements may be issued at our discretion for
meals that are incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory (see our Return Policy).
b. Credits: Credits may be applied to future orders but are not refundable.

Delivery and Pickup
a. Weekend Fulfillment: For weekend meal fulfillment, your subscription must
renew each week before 9:00 AM on Friday. Orders processed after this time
will be scheduled for the following week.
b. Midweek Fulfillment: For midweek meal fulfillment, your subscription orders
must process before 11:00 PM on Sunday. Orders processed after this time will
be scheduled for the following week.
c. Delivery: Meals will be delivered to the address specified at the time of
subscription. Please ensure your address is accurate and up-to-date. We are not
responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. All
delivery windows communicated on the day of delivery are estimations only.
Sunday deliveries begin at 6:00 AM, and Tuesday deliveries (limited delivery
zones) begin at 3:00 PM.
d. Pickup: If you choose the pickup option, please arrive during the designated
pickup window. Unclaimed meals will only be held for 48 hours. After this time,
meals will no longer be available for pickup, and no refund will be issued for
unclaimed meals.

Changes to Menu and Subscription Selections
a. Menu Changes: Meals by Mel reserves the right to make changes to the menu
offerings from time to time. If changes to the menu affect your current meal
selection, you will be notified in advance. You will have the opportunity to select
alternative options if a change occurs.
b. Subscription Adjustments: In the event that a menu change impacts your
subscription, such as the discontinuation of a selected meal, you will be given the
option to update your preferences or select another meal from the updated
menu. Failure to make changes before the renewal cutoff may result in a default
selection based on the available options.

Subscription Renewal and Changes
a. Automatic Renewal: Weekly subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will
continue to receive meals each week unless you cancel or pause the
subscription.
b. Subscription Plan Changes: You can edit or change your meal plan at any
time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle

Limitation of Liability
a. Meals by Mel is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including personal
injury or property damage, arising from the use of our meals or services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Meals by Mel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Subscribers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the
subscription service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By subscribing to our weekly meal order service, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
